For the past 15 years, he has used that wealth of procurement knowledge to good effect, helping sales and bid teams to significantly improve the quality and impact of their sales proposals and presentations. Laurence Morton, CPP APMPAs a Senior Consultant, Laurence works closely with bid teams to help and improve the quality of our client’s responses ensuring each is best positioned to be the winning submission through maximising their scoring potential in the evaluation process.
Laurence can lead the proposal effort throughout the entire bid process or trouble-shoot and resolve specific challenges. He has particular expertise in passenger and freight transport / logistics but has also worked on both private and public sector proposals in the automotive, defence, financial, IT software and hardware, energy, telecoms and support services markets. Laurence holds the highest level of proposal certification – Professional. |
Sally Buttery, CPP APMPSally is a bid and proposal specialist with extensive experience in creating and managing bid management teams. She is a senior consultant with Strategic Proposals Limited having recently joined in January 2015.

Sally is a certified Proposal Professional and winner of 7 APMP awards in 3 years whilst with Siemens. She also holds the FAETC (Further Adult Education Teaching Certificate) and PRINCE2 accreditation. |
Kim Panesar, CF APMPWorking for some of the top print and design firms has enabled Kim to inject effective and impactful graphics into proposals. His beliefs are in strong communication in the form of dynamic aesthetics.
He has delivered design projects for many of our clients including Microsoft, National Express and Hitachi. Working from client briefs he has created effective infographics by translating complex information into manageable charts, maps, diagrams, data visualisation and technical information. He is also a professional photographer creating bespoke images for a wide variety of client projects. |
Krista Takkala, CF APMPAs a Proposal Specialist, Krista brings five years’ of developing winning proposals across a number of sectors including transport, property, energy, infrastructure for both public and private sector clients.
Prior to joining Strategic Proposals, Krista worked within Aurecon’s (a global multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy) business development team to deliver the organisation’s major and strategic proposals across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. An advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite, Krista is experienced in building template suites, and delivering the associated training, to meet and exceed customer’s expectations. Krista is APMP accredited at Foundation level and is currently completing her Practitioner certification. |
Andrew Walker, CF APMPAndy is a senior professional design and document manager with highly rated expertise and experience in sales proposals, presentations and multi-media production. He is an innovative, visual thinker with advanced knowledge of the relevant software applications and the ability to work highly collaboratively with others. He specialises in managing the end to end production & design of proposals and presentations helping to maximise the impact of the first and lasting impression of every output. Prior to joining Strategic Proposals he specialised in the creative design and document management of sales proposals and presentations for Aviva. |
Andrew BendzakAndrew has held Director and senior management positions with Ford, FranklinCovey, Rentokil Initial and BNP Paribas. He has secured millions of pounds of tender wins over the past 20 years of his successful business development career.
Operating at management board level, responsible for a £250m turnover outsourcing division, Andrew secured his biggest tender win, a £275m, 5 year, outsourcing contract with a global bank. This passion for business development soon led him into turnaround management, specialising in sales. Over 5 years as Business Development Director for a number of blue chip clients he successfully expanded his sector expertise within FMCG, Business Services and IT. |
